Our first step utilizes Softwash cleaning to achieve a deep clean without the use of high pressure that will damage the surface of the wood.

After the wood has been thoroughly cleaned we apply a neutralizing agent that will balance the ph level of the wood, allowing the material to fully absorb any stain, paint or sealer you choose to apply.
